We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

Thèse are Lovely chocolates But very expensive and don't represent good value, I paid nearly £21 for 16 chocolates. There are other upmarket brands where you would get a lot more chocolates for that money.

Thank you we're so glad you loved our chocolates. Our delicious raisetrade chocolate is sustainable, slave free & ethical and our chocolates are hand-crafted, hand-decorated and hand packed into planet friendly, plastic-free packaging. Not all other 'upmarket' brands do this! We think they're worth every penny.

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this. We have used our plastic-free packaging format now for a couple of years with only a tiny number of issues which are more to do with how the eggs are handled in transit rather than the fault of the packaging. Our lovely Customer Care team are on hand to help with any delivery issues - just give them a call or drop them an email and they'll do all they can to put this right for you.

Chocolates were fine; delivery by Royal Mail was abysmal - arriving at my home town sorting office then being "redirected" to another part of the country and not arriving in time for Christmas.

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this, but we're glad that the parcel got to you for Twixmas and you were still able to enjoy them. Looking at your order, it looks as though the incorrect postcode was used when placing the order, which most likely caused the problem with delivery. It's always a good idea to double-check all details on our order confirmations which are automatically issued as soon as orders are placed online. That way we have time to make any corrections or changes if necessary. It looks as though Royal Mail must have given your parcel the personal treatment and checked the postcode against the address, realised the error, and got your parcel to you, so a gold star to Royal Mail for this one!

The chocolates were good for flavour but my wife and I felt that they needed to have a more " smooth " feel on the tongue. Still loved the varied flavours and will be looking out for them for birthdays etc i n our family and friends.

The chocolate in this order seems to leave a gritty residue and does not melt as well as previous batches

Very prompt and efficient service for which they should be commended. However I was confused over the validity of the promotional codes eg the 21st Birthday code did not apply to plant based products which I ordered, it only appeared in the small print, and also it was not clear on the timescale of CHOCJOY which I would have used if I knew it was still valid. I attempted to seek clarification on both by telephoning but could not get through!

Thank you. Sorry if there was any confusion over our discount codes. The 21st Birthday Code didn't apply to our Christmas Countdown Advent Calendars (Classic or Plant-Based) and you are only able to use one code per order. If you can't get through to our Customer Care team on the phone, please do try emailing as we're always happy to help and could have cleared up any issue.

Since the big high street brand sold itself to the big American corp I’ve been looking for an alternative uk chocolatier for all my choc gifts and treats. I am impressed with everything I’ve received from Chococo so far and I’ll continue to support this great British business :) One comment though, please remove the branding from the outside of your postage boxes. It ruins the surprise.

We took advice from our business mentors, who have a vast experience of managing online businesses, and they recommended that our boxes should be branded to show pride in our brand. This is in line with many other premium businesses, especially in the food and drink sector, who have branded boxes. Our Chocs Away email also lets you know the box will be branded so you can get to the door first or arrange a secret squirrel delivery 🎁️

Lovely chocolates as always, unfortunately 1 item broken in delivery (the fault of the delivery company rather than any problem with chococo) always a risk I suppose!

Thank you, but sorry to hear about the damage. We carefully pack all of our chocolate items in plastic-free packaging and fragile items are wrapped with extra tissue and paper packaging and they leave us in perfect condition. In the rare instance something arrives damaged, it's more about how it's been handled in transit than how they're packed.

Fast delivery. Bought some hot choc flakes as part of a gift and they’re not labelled saying what they are unfortunately. Not a big deal, only as they’re a gift and it looks a bit odd to give them unlabelled.

You'll find the Add Free Gift Message dropdown as you go through checkout. All you need to do is click on the Save button once you've composed your message and that will save it to the order.

The quality of the chocolate is excellent. I had problems with the website and couldn't find the way to get the free box of chocolates. However, when I phoned a very helpful lady added these to my order. Unfortunately, the order was then sent with one item missing. After contacting you again this was sent under separate cover. This slightly marred the whole Chococo experience.

Thank you, we're thrilled that you love our chocolate, but sorry that the website experience and the despatch issue marred the experience for you. We try to make it as clear as possible how to get free items when we have a promotion, so we're sorry that this was difficult for you to navigate. All our orders are picked and lovingly packed by hand (no automated picking or packing) and whilst we always aim to ensure everything is 100% correct, we are all human at the end of the day. But we're glad we managed to get both of your issues resolved - our lovely Customer Care team are on hand to do just that.
