We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Truly delicious and beautiful chocolates. Imaginative flavours using many locally sourced ingredients, and no plastic packaging which is a definite plus. Highly recommended. One small negative - on this occasion when I opened the box half the chocolates were upside down which slightly diminished the initial visual “wow” I usually express upon opening Chococo chocolates.”

Thank you, it's great to hear that we usually wow you, and you're clearly a fan of Chococo's ethos. Sorry to hear about your upside-down chocs. We can only think that your parcel had quite a bumpy ride with Royal Mail - as you know we do all we can using petit fours cases and cardboard grids (no plastic here) to try to ensure our chocolates fit snugly in the box - and it is unusual for this to happen.

“Apparently, the chocolates were delicious and despite them being a 91st birthday gift for my Mum, the rest of the family couldn't wait to taste them! Only drawback, they forgot to add the gift card so Mum had no idea they were from me!”

So pleased that you enjoyed the chocolates, and sorry that the card has all the chocolates listed, this is because the chocolates are made fresh and so differ from day to day what may get packed so we have to cover everything.

“Wonderful chocolates and they felt like a real special treat. At their price point I would say they are probably a bit overpriced (c. £1 per item) but they are really beautiful. Not the kind of chocolates you simply quaff so they do last and are a great discussion point with guests. I would definitely recommend them but I am not sure I could quite justify the £24 per box price tag again.”

“The chocolates are presented in stunning boxes, and have the wow factor....my (our guests too both young and old!) only complaint is that the order of service (the menu card) in chocolate boxes was very hard to read as writing small and in italics...not easy without glasses!! Also it was hard to distinguish which chocolate was which by the pictures compared to the chocolates....this is all a minor issue as the chocolates themselves were delicious.....this is hopefully constructive criticism!”

“Always loved Chococo chocolate and visit the shop everytime we come to Swanage (every year). Unfortunately one of the items i ordered, a personalised chocolate heart for my husband for our wedding anniversary was broken in the box when received. It looked as though it had been snapped in half from placement of the gathered plastic wrap folded behind it. It will still taste lovely, just a shame it is snapped in half.”
