We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“I loved the items in my order from Chococo, I ordered the oat milk chocolate bar which was delicious and also a box of the molasses and brown butter caramels which were divine, I thought they sounded fantastic and I was right really delicious and will be buying them again when I can afford to. The chocs came well packaged and in good time after ordering.”

“I ordered your chocolates after seeing them online, so had no idea what they were like. I'm sorry but I wish I could have tasted samples before ordering as I wouldn't have chosen the box I did had I done so. I liked some but really didn't like others and they were quite expensive as far as I was concerned. I'm sorry but I won't be ordering from you again. Thank you.”

We're sorry to hear this, but as you can probably imagine, if we offered samples, we wouldn't have much of a viable business! The box you selected contained a curated selection of award-winning chocolates and truffles. All have won either - or sometime several - Great Taste, Academy of Chocolate or International Chocolate Awards, so are judged excellent by independent chocolate & foodie experts. We're sorry if this wasn't the case for you.

“I think your chocolates would benefit from a thicker chocolate coating. Although the fillings are tasty the chocolate seemed to be wafer thin.”

Thank you, we're thrilled to hear that you love our flavours, but sorry if the chocolate seemed to be on the thin side. Our casings should be the perfect thickness to provide a good amount of delicious, ethically sourced chocolate that compliments the fillings and provides a crisp bite, but without overtaking the flavour profiles.

Thank you, we're so glad you love our chocolates. As each one is hand-crafted and hand-decorated, every chocolate is an individual work of art, so occasionally the decoration may be a little different looking compared to the graphics on our menus. But sometimes, the excitement is in the discovery 😍️

“Chococo are my go to place for pressies for family and friends. The choice and variety on offer is brilliant, ordering for delivery elsewhere is straightforward, and being able to add a free gift message makes it extra personal and fun. Delivery always seems to timely and I get kept well informed. I used to live in Dorset and visit the cafe in Swanage...having moved up North, supporting a business that used to be local feels good...But The Best Thing is that I can trust Chococo's ethics and sourcing, and I know that my money is being spent making the world a better place. Thank you Chococo, keep doing your marvellous and delicious thing!! 😋”

Hand-crafted using slave-free, palm oil-free, lower sugar, directly traded, totally sustainable chocolate, individually hand-decorated and hand-packed into compostable or recyclable packaging, ours is chocolate for change!
