“The watch purchased was a sale item at a discount of 20%. The parcel was well packed and of a higher quality than some other vendors. There was a problem with the courier which caused the delivery to be delayed. CH switched to Royal Mail who delivered the next day.”

“The watch that I ordered arrived and it was tarnished. I returned it to one of your stores and the very helpful sales associate ordered me a new one but asked that links were removed before it was sent to me as I required it for a certain day. The watch arrived in better condition, but no links were removed which meant that I needed to go and get the watched resized myself.”

“Spent £900 on a bracelet purchased online, the bracelet arrived twisted, had to take to shop to then have it sent away to receive a replacement 3 days later, very poor despite receive a confirmation that the bracelet had been signed off and checked before being sent”
