“Excellent customer service. The Bracelet arrived quickly and was really well wrapped. The package was posted and I was provided with a tracking number. This gave me the confidence to understand when the bracelet was due to arrive.”

“This is not a negative review but I gave it 4 out of 5 purely because my original purchase was faulty when it arrived. Customer service however gets a solid 5 out of 5 as they picked it up and sent me another lovely timepiece with no quibbles and very fast! Well done!”

“Visited Aberdeen store and the staff were all lovely. Went in on two days and made two purchases. The following week purchased more of the range online. We were given Prosecco and all the staff made us welcome. The range of jewellery available was extensive.,”

“Had my eye on this beautiful ring for a couple of weeks , ordered it online and it was so quick and easy . Chisholm Hunter kept me updated throughout until my package came , very well packaged and beautifully presented with all the information and my certificate . Absolutely over the moon 10/10 . Perfect !!”

“While the product was excellent the delay in delivery very nearly lead to returning the product The delivery was promised for Monday and it was the main reason for buying online as I could have traveled to the Inverness store. By late Monday I emailed CH (still no reply 15 days later) asking where the item was. If you can’t make a delivery on time don’t advertise that you can, poor and possibly will not buy from CH again”

“I bought my wedding ring and when it arrived it was too small. I emailed to ask for an exchange and was responded to within 12 hours. On receiving the return, Chisholm Hunter had shipped the exchange within 24 hours and I received it 2 days later. Great customer service and communication”
