“I ordered a pair of Pearl and diamond droplet earrings online for a relative’s special birthday (shops are currently closed due to COVID so had to order via the internet). My sister-in-law absolutely loves them. Although the first pair were returned, due the pearls being too noticeably different sizes (natural pearls do vary in size), CH were extremely helpful in assisting me. A further pair was posted to me which were perfect. I received my refund from the first pair and CH even reimbursed my return postage. A huge thanks to the Customer Services team. I highly recommend CH and its staff for their professionalism. Ordering online with Chisholm Hunter has been an extremely positive experience.”
