“After waiting 3 days to hear from then after sending my watch in, I received a quote prior to sending then I receive a phone call 3 days later saying the quote was wrong what they said it was for a different watch and offered me over £2000 less than what they quoted! What a waste of time!!!”

“Everyone has been so nice and even though the ring took slightly longer which was out of their control they went out there way to show how sorry they were and even surprised me with a bunch of flowers on the day of collection”

“The item that I ordered £600 was missing a key item. I the had to make two phones calls to get this resolved. On both occasions the sales assistant was indifferent to resolve this issue and tried to past me off to another department.”

“Ordered specifically because it said that the item would arrive on a specific day but then had to chase dispatch and it became evident it would not be delivered that day causing a great deal of hassle rearranging plans. I then enquired as to the whereabouts of the tools the details said were included to be told they weren't. I subsequently found out they were and their location in the presentation box by someone else. Very poor product knowledge and behaviour with an expensive, high end item.”
