“When visiting Glasgow for the weekend, we popped into the Chisholm Hunter branch in Argyle Arcade on Friday 8 November. We were served and advised excellently by Ruth who assisted my husband and I in purchasing a day-to-day watch. She advised excellently and bent over backwards, helping me to get a hold of all the watches on my shortlist. Post purchase she even processed the whole warranty paperwork for us. 5 star ⭐️ service”

“Satisfied with the Garmin Fenix 8. Disappointed with the use of Royal Mail for delivery (poor standard). Also disappointed that the watch showed a gift would be provided with the watch but because I used a 10% discount code, the gift was removed”

“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your store. Chisholm Hunter, established in 1857, has a long-standing reputation; however, my experience has left me disappointed. While on vacation in Egypt in October, where the average temperature was around 36 degrees Celsius, I purchased a pair of earrings from your branch, which I later discovered operates under the umbrella of a third-world country. Unfortunately, the earrings melted upon contact, with small parts breaking off. I returned to the store to report this issue, and I was informed that an examination of the product would be necessary. However, I have concerns about the reliability of this examination and the motivations behind it. It seems troubling that in pursuit of profit, the quality of your products may be compromised. I hope you can address my concerns promptly and provide a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

“Easy to deal with and well priced. The only issue i had is they clearly sent me a returned or display watch. The plastic protection on the watch had been added by someone other than the manafacturer as it was extremely badly fitted and loose, plus the mounting in the box was the wrong size.”

“Watch was delivered in the wrong box and with the wrong warranty card. Reached out to customer services who were very responsive and sourced a replacement in original packaging and shipped it to my local store at Bluewater with a complimentary watch winder. Staff and management at Bluewater are excellent and resized my bracelet for me. While the initial experience was disappointing, the after sales experience has more than made up for it and has exceeded my expectation. Thank you.”
