“Handed watch into Dundee store for repair and Maintenance just as lock down was announced. Staff kept me updated throughout and arranged appointment as soon as allowed. Very good service.”

“Ordered a watch with a 34percent discount that said it was in stock, got a call couple days later to say its an error , over a week later and they are still advertising it at the same discounted price, they try and offer an alternative with a very little discount , I would say it’s advertised just to get your money, a computer error would be fixed right away and they are fully aware of it”

“Sent wrong colour Hugo Boss ballpoint pen, contacted them and was offered refills in an apology this was around 6 weeks ago. Refills still haven't arrived even after contacting them again but still would have preferred my first choice colour of pen. Very poor service.”

“Extremely helpful staff. The item shown in stock was found to be damaged before it was posted so another was ordered by Chisholm Hunter. I was kept fully informed throughout and not long after received a pristine watch which I am very pleased with. I would shop here again on the strength of the customer care here.”
