“Once again had to visit my favourite watch store 1st it was time for my Grand seiko 50th Anniversary watch to have its battery replaced after 3 years they could have told me it needed a service but Chisholm Hunter tell you the truth that my watch was perfect and didn’t need a service that’s good customer service,as I like my watches I purchased a Hamilton khaki automatic they even adjusted my links to fit my wrist always first class service your made to feel special by all the staff,once again Many Thanks to you All”

“I have bought two watches from Chisholm Hunter, so far happy with both..delivery generally good, packaging differed from first to second but increased overhead costs probably contributing to this, so can't be too harsh, gave this company 5 stars because they give me the impression they care about their customers. I hope the pictures will show my satisfaction and about different packaging”

“Excellent online purchase experience and then in-store aftercare when I needed the bracelet adjusted. Only issue was having selected the fastest delivery option, they should have been clearer on the longer than expected timeframe for dispatch. Items are dispatched a day after you make the purchase rather than on the day even if you did a morning transaction.”

“My new wife was very pleased with the ring I purchased, the process however was very disappointing having ordered a size k, only to be told only have size L, in stock and if not suitable would re size, and then told dont have size L only M.. so obviously I was very disappointed then told would re size the size L and send it straight out for delivery… so my question is why wasn’t that done in the first place.?..”

“My wife has a lovely gold Rolex Cellini. As it was due for service we arranged through Chisholm Hunter. Brian and the full team were excellent. The watch arrived back fully services. Cleaned polished and serviced. The guys had also sourced through Rolex an original Rolex strap. The watch looks and runs like brand new. Thank you for your care and attention. We will definately come back and reccomend.”
