“I have recently purchased wedding rings from the Bromley branch. We were served by Gabriel, he was excellent, knowledgeable, attentive, very helpful and very professional. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in both rings. He presented options and and genuinely helped us make the right choices for us - very likeable, very professional on the strength of his service and the rings he was able to show us we purchased on the spot. Top marks.”

“Sent me the wrong tracking number, meaning they’d sent my item to someone else… couldn’t get me a replacement, offered nothing by way of compensation apart from a gift card of unspecified value to shop with them again!! Rude customer service advisors and pathetic attempts at complaint resolution - buy from them at your own risk!”

“Lady was helpful I was returning earrings I bought online but still feel I did not receive the correct ones as the serial number is not what I ordered or got in store and they went up ax£100 overnight. Not worth what I payed.”

“I visited the silverburn branch to pick out a ring for my wife’s 30th. The store was lovely, brightly lit and very clean and tidy. We dealt with Evelyn who was really friendly and more than happy to help us find a ring style that suited. From getting advice about fit and stone types to walking us through payment options and services it was a very enjoyable experience. I have been in sales a long time and can recognise a store that takes customer experience seriously and Evelyn definitely did the store justice in providing us with a product we love and a memorable day.”

“My husband bought my eternity ring from this company and unfortunately one of the diamonds fell out. As it was under warranty, we returned the ring in July for repair. We are still awaiting the return of my ring and have been continuously lied to as to its whereabouts. We have been told for over a week that it is in ‘transit’ and today, they finally admitted that they actually did not know where my ring was and it had been lost. When asked for a replacement (which won’t have the same sentimental value) or a refund, my husband was told he had to wait another week for this to be able to be processed. I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service and in the way the company have dealt with this situation.”
