I just wanted to say that I recently bought an engagement ring from your Argyle Arcade shop and I went into the arcade without a clue of diamonds, rings, styles, sizes etc. During my time in the arcade I was approached numerous times by different shops/ salesmen who tried to sell me all sorts of things I really wasn’t after, each one trying to get me into their shop and took no interest in myself or who I was proposing to. I was stressed and disheartened, all until I was approached by Lisa Anderson, Assistant Manager of your shop. I work in sales and the wedding industry myself and I know that first impression is everything and she absolutely nailed it. From the initial approach she made me feel at ease, didn’t make me feel pressured in any way what so ever and even took the time to educate me all on diamonds, ring styles and sizes and what I should be looking for. Lisa and her colleague at the time (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) were the first sales people out of the entire arcade who showed a genuine interest in myself and who I was proposing to, my girlfriend Taylor. She went the extra mile asking how we met; how long we’ve been together; where and how I was planning to propose and generally showed a real interest and that she cared which was so refreshing. I honestly cannot thank her and her team enough for all their help from start to finish she was absolutely fantastic and made it so much easier and smoother for me to purchase the ring of my new fiancée’s dreams! She left such an impact on myself that we will be visiting her shortly as my fiancée would very kindly like to purchase one of your Tag Heuer Formula 1 watches as an engagement present for myself! In my job I deal with couples who are looking to plan their wedding and ever since I was helped by Lisa I have been recommending her and your shop to all of my customers who were still to buy rings etc. Your sales staff are a real credit to your company. Thanks again for everything and we will be back in your shop in the near future. You now have a customer for life.

The watch I was interested in was priced extremely competitively, other retailers were unable to match the price. Simple to order and good communication, detailed delivery advice was provided. Also came with a free gift. This was not included in the parcel but a quick email confirmed it was sent from a different location. Arrived a few days later as promised. I would recommend Chisholm Hunter without hesitation!

Delighted with product and I store service. Always friendly and helpful I store. However on the day of exchanging ring for a size, the store was shut 30mins earlier then advertised and had to travel again the next day.

Some nice Thomas Sabo items for presents. The rope bracelets were very small and I hope they will fit. Good service from Chisholm.

The service was excellent but I have already lost the bracelet which means the clasp was poor and aim £90 poorer!

I have looked into your order and your order was dispatched on the 19th June 2019, an email was sent to yourself the same day with a Royal Mail Special Delivery tracking number. The next day the Royal Mail tried to deliver the item but there was nobody in. You should have received a calling card from the Royal Mail. This gives you the following options: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm™ Option 1: collect your item from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Remember to bring the 'Something for you card' we left or, the equivalent SMS or email notification if you received one, and one of these forms of I.D. Option 2: arrange a Redelivery quickly and easily. For Channel Islands and Isle of Man please contact your postal service provider. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team on help@chisholmhunter.co.uk and we will be able to provide all the details of the tracking for you. Awful. Ordered earring online to collect in store as a gift. Took 4 days to be dispatched and then nothing. Called the store, they had nothing. Called head office, phone lines down and couldn’t get through. 2 days later spoke to someone who said they had probably been lost in transport and there were none left in stock, despite the web site showing there was stock!! If I heard “I can only apologise” once I heard it 5 times. No, actually, you could have done more than apologise - discount on a replacement? Free next day delivery? Nothing! Took my refund and shopped elsewhere. Will never use Chisholm Hunter again.

I purchased from the Chisholm Hunter store in Inverness. The staff could not have been more helpful or more friendly. I even got a cup of tea whilst I was waiting for my watch. Fantastiv service, and would definitely go their again before looking elsewhere. Good customer service makes the difference in shops likes this. 5 stars
