“I purchased a Seiko chronograph for my son's birthday on line. Very pleased with the product packed by Joanne. Took the watch to your branch in Warrington town centre who adjusted the strap for free! However selected next day delivery by GPO. On a tracker. I was sat in my lounge watching TV at 1058 (tracker delivery time) but had a card put through letterbox. Reason for nondeliver "no answer". Did not hear knock or doorbell plus had my dog who would have indicated. Ended going to main PO to collect watch. Happy 😊 with the watch. Not the deliver method!🤣 Best regards J Philip.”

“Always my go to jeweller but … two online purchases later , both of which were received damaged, faulty and not as described online. Despite customer services v good support it’s simply unacceptable that this happened in first instance.”

“Due to no fault of Chisholm Hunter I had a serious issue with delivery, but Chisholm Hunter responded with absolute professionalism especially Michael on web sales who I cannot praise enough. five stars are not enough to accurately rate this company!! “I found that Chishom Hunter had by far the best price for a watch that I wanted to own, and I placed the order on a Saturday evening. Postage was arranged on the Sunday and the parcel was collected on Monday and arrived on the Tuesday, very well packaged and in perfect condition. They even registered the extended warranty for me on the manufacturers website.”
