“I visited the Silverburn store in Glasgow today and was kindly greeted by Evelyn. She was very helpful after initially realising the watch I wanted to purchase had been discontinued by Gucci, she was quick to advice on a selection of different brands and different shades from what I previously had looked at. Her attention to detail was nothing but exceptional, she was so natural in her job and the experience was so simple and relaxed. Very much looking forward to wearing my Longines watch. Thanks again Evelyn and staff at Silverburn!”

“My fiancée and I bought a ring while we were on holiday at the Inverness branch from Ashton. She was amazing and so helpful. She stuck to our budget and gave us the best we could afford, while being extremely professional and she made the whole experience wonderful. We then had the ring resized and sent to the Bluewater branch nearer to home. We had a bit of a pickle with traffic getting there but Laura and Julie were so helpful by making sure we could still pick up the ring. We were over the moon when we collected it. A pure beauty of a ring, sized perfectly and very sparkly. Thank you to everyone who made the buying/collecting process seamless and a memorable and exciting experience!”
