I was pleased with my purchase, i would have been extra pleased if a links of london gift bag would have been included, but i was pleased with delivery so yes very good.

I spoke with a man named Patrick who was very helpful over the multiple times I needed to speak to you. To begin with I ordered a watch and it took the money but was actually sold out. Tried this again with another watch but was sold out again and then eventually when I did order a watch you sent me the wrong watch. After that I spent 8.50 to send it back on the 9th a November but am still waiting on a refund as to be honest 14 days for a refund is absolutely ridiculous.

I'm glad Patrick was helpful on the several occasions you spoke to him however I am sorry that there was several issues with your purchase. We strive to achieve the best levels of customer service and we are pride ourselves on selling only the highest quality products. Unfortunately, due to a system error, the watches you selected were actually unavailable, this is coupled with our dispatch office sending the incorrect watch which is currently being investigated by our Dispatch Manager. Hi Mr Hetherington, I would like to thank you for your service and apologise for the issues you have experienced with your order. Our stock system has had an error over the last couple of weeks and unfortunately some items that were out of stock became available on our site. This has been coupled with an error in our dispatch office where the wrong watch was posted out to you, I have raised an investigation with our Dispatch Manager into how this happened. Once again, I am extremely sorry for the issues you've received here. I completely appreciate your frustration and I can only apologise. Absolutely amazing! Ordered at around 2pm and it arrived at my address at 9am the next morning! Cheaper than every other retailer I could find! Would highly recommend!!

Great customer service throughout, have bought a few items from here now and always amazing quality.The stones selected are the best in my opinion and diamonds are clear and sparkle well, the jewellery looks high end and are well made. I have various stones in the rings I’ve purchased and all cut well and colours are strong and without flaws. Cannot recommend Chisholm Hunter enough and friends have also purchased from here on my recommendation.

Placed an online order to click and collect in store, very happy with purchase but no contact to say my order had arrived and this is not the first time. My order was presented in a box but no gift bag included which is most disappointing as this is a gift. In store service is very good but online needs much improvement.

Gift Bags are available in store whilst collecting the item, we do not include them in online orders dispatched to save packaging, this is based on feedback from other customers.
