“Watch was an absolute bargain at £1000 for a £1600 watch but after a week I still had not received it neither had I had an email to advise on what was happening. Reading other reviews made me wonder if it was too good to be true so I phoned customer service to ask what was happening. Watch was about to be posted I was told. 3 days later no watch and no card from post office, so i tracked the package and was told the watch had to be picked up at the PO. Off I went to collect it using the tracker receipt , to find it had been collected already that morning . Not by me. Long story short wrong post code put on package. Lucky the invoice was inside and an honest person called me to say she had my watch. Otherwise I would have been out of pocket £1000 and a lengthy process to get my money back. Otherwise a bargain of a watch which was back on sale for £1600 the next week.”

“Very pleased with the service from Chisholm Hunter. I wanted a nice watch for my daughter's 21st birthday and decided on a Longines. Chisholm Hunter had the best price and an easy to navigate website. Purchase was easy and the option of interest free credit was another bonus. This was also very easy to set up. The watch arrived, very well packaged, a week after placing the order. In summary I have been very pleased with my dealings with Chisholm Hunter and will have no hesitation in purchasing from them again and recommending them to others.”

“Got a beautiful Rado watch online at an absolutely amazing price! Customer services response is fast, the item was packed securely and with care, and delivery was also on time during this busy festive / covid period.. Royal mail track and trace was not working but this isnt through fault of the retailer. Having used other luxury watch retailers previously, Chisholm Hunter are definitely a cut above the rest. Will definitely be using them again!”
