“I made a special order for yellow gold earrings for my sisters 60th Birthday, shop had same earrings but in white gold, was told they could make them in the yellow gold, and when I returned to collect, they were totally the wrong size and shape..so I received my money back. Then on another occasion I was in another store and seen the same white gold earrings and asked if they could guarantee if ordered in yellow gold,I would get exactly the same... I was assured this would happen so again I made the special order, only to be told today 5 weeks later that this is not possible!! To say I was very disappointed is an understatement! I was also informed I would have to come into town to get a further refund onto my card!! I will not be recommending anyone to make a special order with yourselves in future”

“I bought a Raymond Weil watch from CH after seeing it significantly cheaper than the local jewelers. It came very quickly and we'll packaged. I did have an issue when trying to register the guarantee with RW, the card had been filled in incorrectly. However it was promptly dealt with by CH customer service and they even sent an apology gift which was very unexpected and nice of them Of course things go wrong and customer service is there to fix them! What more could you ask for Will be used them again”

“Terrible company don’t have any sizes not a good description of any products only good thing about it is customer service even though I asked for a refund couldn’t get it and asked to pick another product when product was picked told they don’t know when they are getting it in and asked if I wanted a refund after about 20 emails back and forth was a birthday present but a month later still aren’t satisfied”
