“After a telephone call to the company advising that the item purchased was a birthday gift & would not arrive on time with delivery chosen. A member of staff then took the trouble to arrange an immediate dispatch of my purchase resulting in the gift arriving on time. Excellent service & a very happy birthday girl.”

“Theres no measurement review with the wrist during the purchase. And I have to find a way to adjust it since theres no branch near me. Just really annoying. And initially theres an option for klarna, the next day that I decided to buy the watch. Its gone.”

“The watch arrived without the bracelet being altered and the box was a little marked. I sent it back having spoke to the manager at Glasgow and he sent out a new one with altered strap. All in all a good solid product which I really like. The service was good overall despite the initial glitch. I would use Chisholm Hunter again as they are a good company and are service quality orientated with staff that are knowledgeable in the products they sell.”
