“Great service very happy with the time the item was received”

“Ordered a watch as a gift for my daughters birthday and yet have not received the product as estimated and still waiting. Called customer service on two occasions and I am still waiting to hear from them as they keep on saying that they will get back to me ASAP and they still don't call back. I will not be doing any business with them in the future. As they are unable to keep their customer informed and updated on the progress of the order.”

“I purchased some diamond earrings from Chisholm Hunter in the Bentalls Centre, Kingston, Surrey. The customer service was above and beyond from the lady tbat served us. It doesn’t matter if you buy something small or more expensive (which I have done) you are still treated the same. The earrings I purchased were quite expensive but when I went to pay there was a secret sale on and I saved over £450 which was a real bonus. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Good delivery, although watch bracelet not adjusted as requested at time of order. Given option to have adjusted and claim for cost which I did but had to chase refund that I was led to believe would be as soon as receipt was submitted. Customer services were initially very helpful but failed to get back to me as promised on two occasions which is not a good way to treat customers.”
