“Ordered item which was then not in stock but this was sorted & I was updated regularly on status. I received new item as stated and this was packaged correctly, good stuff.”

“Hi, we bought this as a present for our daughter in law - was there a way to send this as a 'gift' ie no invoice in the parcel and wrapping option? I only realised afterwards that it arrived as a normal parcel probably with the price in it! Happy that it was in the sale though”

“I was happy with service I received. The website advertised a further 10% discount but this showed as invalid when applied at checkout. I was initially advised promotion had ended and website takes 24 hours to update. But when this was still being advertised 2 days later I contacted CH and they refunded me the difference.”

“Using V12 finance I purchased a lovely Rado Hyperchrome watch that was on sale. Watch is lovely and I am very happy with ot. A few days after receiving the watch, a further 10% was reduced off the price online. I contacted Chisholm Hunter and requested the 10% be discounted off my outstanding finance balance. I was informed that as it was purchased on finance I would not be able to have the extra discount applied, and told to return the watch and repurchase if I wanted to take advantage of the lower price. I found this approach rather silly and not to be best practice. I then contacted V12 who reassured me, Chisholm Hunter can simply have the extra discounted amount credited against my outstanding balance. Long story short, after a few emails back and forth and assistance from V12, Chisholm Hunter agreed to credit my finance balance. I am very happy it's all resolved, but disappointed at the time it took and the fact I had to do all the legwork. Hopefully this will assist anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation, and hopefully Chisholm Hunter are now fully aware that such an option exists in the event of someone purchasing a product on finance to then see the product reduced within a few days.”

“The watch was easy to order the only reason it got 4 stars was when the watch arrived it was not packaged well at all and also the went into store to get links removed they was not helpful at all was told to wait 3days for links to be removed”
