“Fantastic company. Great service. Brilliant being able to pay in 3 instalments. Made things so much easier. This was a present for my GF who is a Nurse. She deserves it as she works 15 hour shifts daily and didn’t have a nice watch. She’s over the moon. Thank you CH”

“Not a good experience unfortunately. I ordered an Ex-Display Bremont from their website to be told that they didn't actually have the watch and the stock was incorrect. I was offered a reselect or refund. The only other watch of interest was another ex display model MBII-BK/OR and was slightly dearer. Upon asking they kindly agreed to do this one for the same price. Then no contact for several days, until I chased it up to be told that this watch (which has a hardened steel case by the way) was scratched and didn't pass QC, so I opted for a refund. Lets see how that goes. It must have been thrown about a bit to have damaged it considering what its made of!! I have since noticed it is still for sale on the site as well. They must have decided they didn't want to sell it to me after all, sadly.”

“Bought a diamond necklace - it was reasonably priced and loved by the receiver. It's really beautiful. They have a "buy within X hours and receive in X days!" thing on their website. I wouldn't trust this if you're in a hurry. It's not accurate. Paying extra for delivery won't speed up the process either - just use the free service. The necklace arrived 2 days late and tangled in the box. Took me so long to untangle it, I almost returned it. The way it was tangled made me question if it would even be possible for this to happen during transit. I also received a lot of "you still have X still in your basket, can I help?" emails, even after I ordered the item. I would use them again but probably not as a first choice. I would have given them 3 stars but they filter out reviews under 4 stars on their website.”

“Purchased a Tudor watch which came with the wrong instruction booklet, despite a tick box checklist being provided. Not resolved. Wasn't 100% sure on the watch either therefore returned at my own expense. Was received by CH on the 19th Jan (Royal Mail tracking). No notice of receiving, no refund of deposit and I don't even know if my Direct Debit has been cancelled. It's now the 28th January. Have since bought a watch from Goldsmiths”

“Information I received from your staff at every level was incorrect. The very expensive pen I bought was not check and getting it to work was time consuming and painful. Your staff promised thing and then did not deliver. My recommendation is don’t use this company.”
