“Easy and fast. Finance was approved in minutes. The only negative was the time taken for dispatch. It took 8 days instead of the 5 working days it states and only got dispatched a day after receiving a response from the support team.”

“Good quick service with competitive prices. The Mont Blanc pen that I bought arrived fast, however the ink cartridge was dry. Chisholm Hunter did send an immediate replacement. Very happy now .”

“Ordered the watched and received emailed that watch is out of stock and would take two weeks to arrive. After two weeks, no reply so chased again then was told that they can't send that watch so either refund the money or choose another similar watch. Another Watch arrived but with no watch winder. Called up and found watch winder out of stock and will arrive end of October. Please don't accept online orders if you don't have product in stock.”

We are currently out of stock of our watch winders and these are due to arrive in at the end of the month, I believe you have been emailed informing of this, unfortunately, we did not anticipate how popular they were initially which has caused us to run out of stock sooner than we expected. “Having had an online conversation to find out what clasp was on the necklace I was looking at I was given completely the wrong information. Since then I have had to call Chisholm Hunter 4 times to try to rectify this, and have never had a call or email from them - I have had to do all the calling - very poor customer relations and having a member of staff on holiday is not a good enough excuse”
