“I bought a pre owned rolex, ordered it just before Christmas 3 days before and it came the next day just in time. The watch is in amazing condition and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks I will be shopping here again so Happy :)”

“Purchased a necklace for a birthday present and opted to collect from my local store however I waited over 2 weeks and had no correspondence regarding my order . I contacted customer service to then find out my order was waiting to be collected at my local store I did not receive an email advising of this . However I was very pleased with my purchase of Thomas Sabo necklace”

“They sent me wrong watch to start with. Took almost a week to get this sorted out after many phone calls by me. No one got back to me when they said they would and I am still waiting for a refund for the postage around 3 weeks later.”
