“Dealt with the online team as I bought an Omega which was not available in the Nottingham store where the store manager Gina advised me to speak to this team. From start to finish this has been a first class service but not only that genuine nice people that understand what you are purchasing & how much this purchase means to you. A very very personable service from a privately I think possibly family owned business. Credit to Gina of Nottingham store & Jake online service for this very personable service I cannot fault Chisholm Hunter & would & will recommend them to my friends, family & business contacts. Thank you all & I am loving my Planet Ocean !”

“The item I ordered as a gift for a friend is fine, but the customer service poor. The incorrect address was put on the parcel, causing confusion and a lot of time to myself trying to track down the delivery slip in order for me to be able to collect it from my local post office. When I emailed to complain, I was disappointed that, at the very least, the delivery charges were not offered back straight away. Given that the postage was almost £6, more than your average small parcel, I was quite shocked. It was only when I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded, did this happen. Not good enough in my opinion.”

“After ordering two items on the website, (click & collect) several days later I received an email saying one item was out of stock. I responded immediately asking for a refund on that item, was advised the remaining item would be in the shop 5 days later. When I managed to get into town 10 days later - my item had not been delivered. The manager chased my order only to find out it had not been processed. I finally picked the item up today, which was a treat to myself for my 50th - honestly this experience has taken the shine off my purchase. Certainly won’t be buying on this website again!”
