“Easy to order online. Received watch promptly. Not great customer service though. Called a shop twice to try and swap a gift bought for Christmas. Twice been told I would be called back the next day. Still waiting. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them again, the business set up between online and the shops is too old fashioned, and disappointing in this day and age.”

“Wrong item arrived. Sent the incorrect item back, waited over 1 week more for my item. Was promised a gift card as a way of apology and no gift card has arrived as of yet. Company promised call backs did no get them. Asked for a manger to call me- did not get that either. Very bad experience using this company.”
