“Not the most pleased with my Rolex Yacht Master. Had purchased it and paid full price it being damaged upon the images shown online. Was guaranteed that there would be no issue as it had been serviced and refurbished. When the watch had arrived it was damaged and the box allocated was for a ladies watch and not original. Extremely disappointed. Would prefer if a manager could contact me to discuss this further as for a watch buyer to receive something which isn’t stated correctly is appalling.”

“Ordered a new watch, was delivered in 48 hours, brilliant- oh new watch is not what I ordered- simple mistake, asked to return via DPD collection the next day- No problem incorrect watch returned as agreed. One week later........nothing........no new watch, no delivery date, no phone call........I've contacted Chisholm to enquire when I can expect delivery, as of yet..............nothing. So as it stands I have no idea whats going on.............”

“Bought Tissot watch as a present for my husband. Great watch, great quality. Delivery was quick, only unpleasant Royal mail worker who delivered it, however that's not the shop's fault. Other than that - definitely will buy again from here :)”
