“I was very impressed by the service I received from Chisholm Hunter. I ordered a Hamilton Automatic watch because I used to serve in the RAF, and they used to issue Hamilton watches to aircrew. I knew they were very accurate, and my watch hasn’t disappointed. After two weeks it’s still incredibly accurate. I realised after I placed my order that I had ordered a watch with slightly too big diameter, however, I rang your customer service and got it downgraded to a more realistic size. I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of your member of staff who did that for me. However, she did a great job and I got the watch I wanted. Many thanks”
