“Ordered a £1600.00 watch online and picked it up at the Falkirk branch. When it was brought out to me it was handed to me in the box. I had to ask to try it on. They did takeout links to suit my wrist size within the hour which was good, however the "free" watch winder was out of stock and the girl took my number and advised that it should in within a few days and that she would phone me when it was in. After nearly 2 weeks without any call, I visited the store where the girl apologised for not phoning me but advised that the watch winder was out of stock and that it would be "weeks" before I would receive it ! I love the watch but my experience hasn't been great.”

“Oliver, a trainee at the Nottingham store was looking after us and he made a huge impact on selling the item I purchased. Said he was only been training for a week, felt like he was here for years. Well done, friendly staff all round!”

“I placed an order on 20th July for a watch to give to my fiancé on our wedding day on 17th August. The sales assistant promised that the watch would arrive within 7 working days of the order date. That would mean that the watch should have arrived today. I called the store and the sales assistant advised that I had been given the incorrect information and the watch could take up to 14 days to arrive. This would mean we do not have time to have the watch altered to fit his wrist. I’m really disappointed with the information I was given as it has proved to be incorrect. Also the sales assistant who I spoke with on the phone offered no solution and only advised that she would have the original sales assistant chase this up. So also very disappointed with the customer service in the Edinburgh princes street store. I would advise to shop elsewhere if you are buying something for a gift or a specific event because you cannot be sure of the information given.”

Good afternoon Abid, I am very sorry you haven't had your warranty card yet, our notes on your order state that we are waiting for an email from yourself to confirm the serial number of the watch so we can order a fresh warranty from Rado. I can assure you that your proof of purchase will protect the watch throughout it's guarantee period in the meantime, all our watches are genuine and come straight from the manufacturer. “Prior to purchasing a pendant, I contacted CH to ask the size of the pendant. No size on the website. Info given was misleading. Pendant was half the size stated by CH representatives on “chat” when it arrived. Insufficient info on items on website”
