“Hi there, I’d like to send a review about your Bluewater Branch, it’s my other half’s 21st today and we had Julie as a consultant, she provided AMAZING service whilst he bought a Hamilton watch , provided with drinks and even merchandise after we told her he was an avid collector, she was friendly and homely and just fantastic , we would like to say thank you 😌😌 Amy & Scott”

“Brilliant service! Ordered a watch for our sons 16th birthday. It arrived the next day. It was also £40 cheaper than other High Street jewellers. Would definitely buy from Chisholm Hunter again.”

“Hidden refund policy (shop in store, you will be taken to a table away from the refund policy notice at the side of the till) and not told that no refunds are accepted (shopping in-store) - even when asked for a gift receipt was not told this information. Also shop elsewhere, they are overpriced and you can find the exact same items for around 30/40% less elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.”

“Online purchase was simple. Delivered in a timely manner instore, then when I picked this up the staff were lovely. The gift was presented really well and I was very fortunate to have picked my item up at sale price. All in a very good experience and I would shop with Chisholm Hunter again.”
