“Ordered a Longines Hydroconquest online. Was in stock but got a call 15 mins after purchase to say out off stock but might be able to order in. Call back a few days later & told it could take 10 days but after that time heard nothing so called back again & told it would be a few more days. Basically after 3 weeks I called to cancel the order & got told someone would have to call me back. When they did & I said I wanted to cancel told me they had the watch in front of them & as I still wanted it I said fine & I did receive it next again day. Problem was with the communication as basically there was none & I had to keep chasing so to me that’s poor customer service.”

“Went in evening, just before closing time and requested a specific watch. David was excellent in his personal service and identified the correct one form the stock range, had it in stock and was cheaper than other stockists I had tried on the same day. The service was personal and first class, making me want to return again.”

“I bought a Longines Big Eye Titanium in the sale and got an incredible deal on the watch, but it was obvious that although sold as new it had probably been a demo piece. There were no stickers on the watch, marks on the leather strap, small marks and dents on the cardboard outer box and a small bit of damage to the right rear edge or the inner wooden box. I still love the watch and it was a great deal but it should've been make clear what it was and not just sold as a brand new untouched watch. To me this abit misleading and disingenuous.”

“Really happy with diamond ring purchase from Chisholm Hunter. I visited the Kingston and Bluewater branches trying to make my mind up. I went to Hatton Garden for the day and even ordered rings from 2 other jewellers whilst i decided, but returned them both when the CH ring arrived. I had really kind help from both branches and it's good to know that they can adjust ring sizes if required. Great price too, for such a lovely piece.”
