“A side plate from our Royal Doulton ‘Regalia’ dinner service got broken at the weekend so I went on line and found a replacement and ordered it along with a spare, they arrived quickly, were well wrapped and both were in excellent condition. I didn’t think we’d have a hope in getting aby but the China village came up trumps with two. We are so pleased we checked them out.”
