“My teapot lid came quickly and was well packed. I would have hoped it would be a bit less expensive but I have had the tea service for over thirty years and was very happy to be able to replace the broken lid.”

It was delivered promptly to the Isle of Man all items were really well packaged. So it arrived without any damage.
