“Can't thank China Village enough. About a year ago I enquired if they could replace a side plate and saucer I had broken from a special set that was my mother's. At that time they didn't have any in stock and thought they'd forgotten about me. However, I received an email from them recently and they sent me what I wanted. Both arrived quickly. Very impressed with their service.”

“Excellent service, all pieces have been as we would want them to be. Perfect. Earlier this year our cat chased our butter dish off the kitchen surface onto tiled floor. Looking on this website they didn't have one in stock, I've previously asked for pieces they didn't have in stock and in the random nature of things we remain without. However China Village advise me of a butter dish coming into stock. We now have it within a week; Cats on notice, no repeats”
