“The replacement side plate ordered is exactly as shown on the website, and in perfect condition. The plate was securely packaged and arrived quite quickly, even with the Covid restrictions in place. I would thoroughly recommend ‘The China Village’”

“We wanted some items of Denby a couple of months ago but not everything was available. We left a 'notify me' on the website. A short time ago we received notification that the items we wanted were in stock so we ordered them. Much to our surprise (in the current climate) they arrived 4 days later, just what we wanted. I only wanted one plate, but not only did they contact me when they had managed to locate some, but they delayed shipment because I was going to be away, They shipped it when they said they would, sent me an e-mail to let me know it was on the way, and when it arrived it was extremely well packed. I would not hesitate to recommend them if my experience is anything to go by.”
