“Looking for some Royal Doulton bowls as a present, I contacted the China Village, who replied at once. I ordered 9. When one of the partners found only 6 of the bowls in stock, he informed me at once and refunded the over-payment at once. The bowls arrived a couple of days later, beautifully packed and in excellent condition. i could not ask for better service!”
