Please accept our sincerest of apologies for this error. On this occasion, as the parcel was above a certain size, we used Parcel Force to deliver the order opposed to our normal courier and as such, the address was entered manually and this is where the mistake was made. We have introduced a new process to ensure this doesn't happen again and thank you for raising this to our attention.

“l was given the name and link on my local sight Next-door. l rang them and the guy was so helpful l was worried about condition and giving card details he explained everything fully and reassured me . So professional and patient.l placed an order for 4 items 103pounds NO Delivery charge My order was confirmed and l was updated as to dispatch and then delivery .
