“I place an order a while ago and was delighted when I received a phone call two weeks ago to say that the items I had requested were now available. Within a short space of time my parcel duly arrived the contents all complete. Very efficient and two charming men to talk to.”

As you purchased items in 'good' condition rather than 'excellent' they may have manufacturing blemishes which is reflected in their reduced price.
