“I had requested information on a particular china tea cup that had been part of a set my parents had been given years before as a wedding anniversary gift. A cup had broken and Mum was upset. I found the design, easily enough on the website, but it was out of stock. I had completely forgotten about the request, so was very pleasantly surprised when I received phone calls and emails to tell me the team at China Village had found the cup, which I immediately ordered. The cup arrived a few days later, securely packed. My Mum is so pleased to be able to complete her treasured set again, and know she can find items again, should she have any further mishaps. Thank you so much, the service was brilliant, and persistant (when we had all but given up finding one) in sourcing this item for us, which arrived in a timely manner.
