“The web site said that the items I wanted were in stock, and my order was taken and a delivery day given on that basis, the items were actually out of stock. I was promised an email giving me a one hour delivery slot, the email never arrived. Otherwise, ok.”

“Had an issue where the order on their website didn't go through but it took the payment. Called them and they sorted it quickly and gave me a delivery date immediately. The delivery men were very early and polite and good to deal with. The item is very good and pleased with the quality and finish.”

“We're really happy with the chess table - it was easy to put together, feels solid and looks stylish. I didnt realise it came with a chunky chess set too so that was an added bonus. Delivery was prompt, particularly since we bought it between christmas and new year.”

“Ordered a bookcase which seemed extremely good value and so it proved. The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We were kept well informed of delivery and it came exactly on time as stated. The bookcase was extremely well packed and would unlikely be damaged in transit. Very helpful courier who carried into our chosen spot. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.”

“Furniture excellent . Sent me an email to say the courier would contact me but I had to ring chiltern to find out what was going on as I had no call from them. Please don't send communication if you are not going to follow it up.”

“Superb service from chiltern oak. Ordered bedroom furniture. Arrived at the stated time that suited us perfectly. The two delivery drivers Micheal and mark were fantastic at putting the wardrobes together and making sure everything was where we wanted. All the packaging was taken away with them so all I had to do was fill the wardrobes with clothes 😁 and the furniture is very solid and looks lovely.would definatly use chiltern oak again. Thankyou so much”

“From the outset the service was excellent,quick,professional & friendly, we had to change the delivery date which was organised for us without a hitch. It is refreshing to deal with a company which obviously puts the customer first. The TV cabinet we bought was delivered by an efficient friendly team,was very well packed and we were given instructions in case there was a problem. Quality of the unit is excellent. Highly recommend this company”
