“The unit we bought was made really well, was robust and looks really good. Delivery was quick and arrived exactly when they said it would - it had good packaging protection so no risk of damage. Overall we were really pleased with our purchase.”

“Hall table was the right size we were looking for delivery as stated on time, table excellent quality and well packaged, always a bit dubious about buying furniture on line but would not hesitate in using Chiltern again.”

“I ordered two Chester grey medium sideboards. Upon delivery I first noticed that they weren't the same colour as they looked online, which in itself was a little disappointing. We decided to keep them as the colour grew on us. We deposed of the packaging but then noticed a few defects. There were a couple of cracks in the wood and also a dent in one of the fronts of the units that hat been painted over. Other than this the units are very sturdy and of reasonable quality for the money. Quick delivery and delivery men were very helpful and informative.”

“Ordered the Suffolk small hatch and did not realise it came one 2 parts (Sideboard and hutch set) Contacted the store and placed a further order with money off. Very helpful and friendly, excellent customer service. The Suffolk small hatch is well made and looking forward to receiving the sideboard. Many thanks, definitely would recommend Jayne Ford”

“The 6 pieces of Furniture I ordered turned up on time and very well packed, the 2 guys Dan and Sam were fantastic, they unpacked all the furniture on site, carried it to different rooms in the house and took all packaging away with them. I found the furniture to be of a great quality and really happy with my choice. Well worth the money and no assemble required.”

“The oak sideboard was delivered on the day promised and within a notified 2hr slot. The couriers were very helpful and carried the sideboard to where I wanted it. It is well made and as per description. Very pleased.”
