“cancelled order over 2 weeks ago as they only make a 'door step' delivery, too heavy for us to move indoors. still waiting for my refund, when I ordered they took full payment immediately!”

Hello there. I'm sorry to see that you have left us the lowest possible feedback. I can see that the order was cancelled on 10th March (7 days ago). The refund was processed the next day on 11th March. You've paid via SagePay and funds can take 3-5 working days to reach your account, something we're not in control of. Today is the 5th working day, so I would hope that the funds will be with you today at the latest. If they're not, please do let us know. Kind regards, Chiltern Oak Furniture.

“Ordered 2 dining chairs on Thursday 4th March and they've been delivered today the 8th March. Chairs are fab quality and super comfy. They were very well packed and protected. Will definitely 💯% be ordering from Chiltern Oak Furniture again in the future *****”

“so happy with these cabinets. these were the 3rd pair i had bought. the others not from Chiltern oak were awful, the 1st ones were lighter for the 2 than one of these. The height is just right, the bottom of the drawers are wooden not thick cardboard. the finish is gorgeous, and i just love the knobs”

“Fantastic service. Superb quality products at a very affordable price. Kept well abreast of the order. One item was damaged at source so Chiltern contacted me and advised that there would be a delay, or they could refund. Accepted the delay but the other items were delivered in a matter of days. The delivery team were excellent too. Very respectful of all Covid19 restrictions but equally extremely helpful. Highly recommend Chiltern Oak Furniture.”

“what an excellent company. the sideboard i ordered arrived next day it was packaged very wellboth inner pakageing and outer. being ready assembled this was ideal as i am disabled & the driver placed it where I wanted it the quality was first class and looks very smart in the position i had chosen in my lounge First class Chiltern oak will use you again will certainly reccomend you well done”
