“Found this company on bank holiday Monday , whilst searching on google ! Choose furniture, checked if it was in stock . Ordered it . It was delivered Wednesday ! I also was informed when it wud arrive with an hour window! Fantastic ! Fab piece of furniture too! Grey /oak small tv unit ... perfect for out little cottage! Would recommend and use again 😬... TQ”

“The Chiltern Oak Furniture is quick and easy to navigate and order from. My order was delivered within a few days of the order being placed and emails were sent from the supplier to enable me to track the order. Upon arrival my oak CD units were well packed and well made. They are very good value for money.”

“I've ordered 4 items and have been delighted with each and every one. 2 came with next day delivery and 2 came within a few days (2 man delivery) I was contacted to arrange the delivery with a two hour time slot. Faultless service and plan on ordering more items soon. Thank you”

“Very good pricing, delivery exactly when they said it would be Products (2 x Oak Bedside tables) are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally good value for money. Packaging was excellent, no way could these get damaged in transit. Will certainly use again, delighted with the customer journey :-) Regards from a Taffy, living in the Scottish borders”

“Spent a lot of money on my bedroom furniture and was looking forward to enjoying today. One of the wardrobes was broken on delivery and I emailed when to expect a replacement, had no reply. Disappointing.”

Hi Maria. I'm sorry to see that an item has arrived damaged. I can see that you reported the issue at 4:40pm today, 20 minutes before our office closed for the day which would explain why you haven't had a reply yet.
