“It was great to be able to call them and speak to someone easily. Delivery was delayed a day but that wasn’t a problem for us and they kept us informed. Happy to recommend and would use again.”

“Ordered coffee table. Arrived damaged, replacement not available. No argument about refund. Found another table which arrived quickly and damaged one taken away at same time. Satisfied with new table but it is not as nice as original choice.”

“Brilliant furniture. Not much notice of delivery date so difficult to arrange someone to be home- said the drivers would ring me half an hour before they arrived so that I could leave work to get home to receive Delivery. This didn’t happen - they only called once they were at my front door so obviously I wasn’t home.”

“Nice little side table. Excellent delivery. Only downside - it was not really a grey colour, more a taupe, so it doesn’t really look as good as I had hoped with the other furniture I have. That’s the only thing that let it down. Shame.”

“We are very pleased with the dresser purchased and the delivery service. The only downside is some scratch damage in 2 places on the dresser surface which although quite small can't be hidden. It may have happened when the top was attached to the base. I informed the carriers but no response. Also the paint spraying is very slovenly inside the doors and floor. It looks as if it wasn't meant to be sprayed and wasn't covered up. OK if we don't leave the doors open but it does rather spoil the overall effect”

“I ordered 2 sideboards, topper and coffee table in the Chester white range...I'm happy with the items on the whole although they are very light therefore do need securing but overall for the price they are made to a good standard.. I was also kept well informed of when the delivery would take place and could not fault the service at all..”

“The wardrobe looks good when assembled, although it was a bit more than the minimal assembly stated on the website. There were only a few pieces but they were large and quite tricky to assemble. The delivery was exactly when I wanted it and the delivery guys were really helpful. It wasn’t very obvious on the website that there was an assembly service option which I would have taken up had I realised that it was available.”

“I’m very pleased with my purchase of the nest of tables .the only problem I had attaching the legs was with the small one 2 of the screws were really difficult to fit in (one still isn’t completely fitted ) and I’ve ruined the Allen key hole. Fortunately the 2nd screw in the leg is ok so it’s secure. The tables look lovely.”

“This is a lovely, solid narrow bedside table. Perfect to put a lamp on in the space I have available next to my sofa. Only gave four stars as the drawers seem ever so slightly too small for the cabinet space!”
