“I recently purchased a dressing table stool. The quality was really good despite the reasonable price tag of 49.99. The material top is very good quality and I'm sure it wear well. The service provided was excellent and very speedy. Could not find fault in either the product or service. Very happy customer.”

“The quality control of the wardrobes we ordered is terrible. We were excited for our delivery of a gents white wardrobe and a matching triple one. Unfortunately the triple wardrobe had a crack on the door so we sent it straight back. This was very disappointing as all my clothes then had to be in storage for another week as we awaited another. The replacement wardrobe came and to our horror this one had cracked paintwork on the base. Again we sent it straight back. This time we had to wait a further two weeks for a replacement (clothes still in storage). Thankfully this time the replacement wardrobe had no cracks or chipped paintwork. But my happiness was soon gone when the delivery men announced the shelves for inside the wardrobe did not fit!!!!! These were again taken away- returned for a second try the same day- still did not fit. Another week passed waiting for new shelves. Today they have arrived and to my disgust they STILL do not fit and have been taken away again. So after 5 attempts and deliveries to my house over more than 6 weeks I still do not have the finished product I ordered. What a joke. Customers beware.”

Hello there. I'm so sorry about the issues you've encountered ordering from us. Sometimes you've got to just hold your hands up and say you messed up, and this is definitely one of those occasions for us. I know that you have spoken to one of my colleagues on the phone today and we are doing everything we can to correct the situation in a way that doesn't impact too much on you in terms of work etc. Hopefully this will bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion for you and whilst I appreciate that this is likely to put you off ordering from us again in the future, I can assure you that we will take steps to ensure that instances like this won't occur again. “Very prompt shipping and delivery, however on unpacking them, the feet floor protectors were missing from one of the units. This was rectified with a call to them & a set was swiftly sent to me. Decent enough quality furniture for a guest bedroom.”

“I am very disappointed with customer service since while deliberating over which bookcase to buy I called the company to ask for further information. I made it clear that I wanted a bookcase that was fully assembled wood not flat packed chip board. They assured me that it was assembled and that I only had to put in the shelves. I was told I would have choice of delivery slot, but when contacted by the courier several days later, I was told they would arrive between 4:30-6:30 PM on a specified day. I had to cancel a medical appointment because they refused to amend the delivery or else I had to forfeit delivery by a further week, which was not acceptable. Instead, on the day, they turned up at noon. The bookcase turned out to be flat packed with full assembly required and the only wood appears to be the oak top. I could not lay it flat in the area it was meant to be placed fully assembled, so I wound up stuck with a 6 ft bookcase in the kitchen for several days, which was a huge nuisance because I could not get it out without help. Altogether, the bookcase although lovely, was not what I originally wanted (real wood, no assembly to slot in place next to the door with no stress). Customer service and delivery was appalling and I do not trust them. I would hesitate to buy anything from this company again due to my experience.”

Hi Cindy. Thank you for leaving detailed feedback. Feedback, be it positive or negative, is always extremely helpful to us as it helps us to improve our services. Your comments regarding assembly of the item are deeply concerning to me because the item you've purchased is fully assembled and not flat-packed. Are you able to confirm that it is the correct item you've received? The SKU Code on the box should be WPMN30. With regards to delivery, I can only apologise that the dates you were provided weren't convenient to you. Unfortunately it's not cost effective for us to go to areas purely to deliver a handful of orders, hence it makes sense for us to pre-plan that we're heading to certain areas on certain days. I'm wondering if there has been a mix-up with the delivery time as 4:30pm - 6:30pm is not a time-slot we would offer. Hopefully in time you will be happy with the item you've received although would welcome any correspondence from you via telephone with regards to the above issues. “I ordered a bed a chest of drawers and bedside chest in Portland White. Love them look so good, I booked the white glove service excellent 2 really helpful guys, they made the bed and put the furniture in the place I wanted it all packaging was taken away.”

“I was looking for a small wardrobe which was not too expensive but looked good. The single wardrobe is a solid piece of furniture, it looks good and is fits the bill. The price was very good for the quality.”
