“We are very pleased with our nest of tables. We were slightly apprehensive to buy online without having seen them, but the picture and dimensions on the website were good and with a money back refund on offer if there was a problem, we were happy to give Chiltern a try. We are pleased we did as we’ve ended up with a good quality product at a reasonable price.”

“I saved for ages to buy a new nest of tables and TV unit. They have just arrived and I have never seen so much damage on new products and I find it hard to believe they had not known about damage before sending g them out. I have emailed them with these photos.”

“I ordered a corner tv unit was worried about the fit into the corner but the measurements online were accurate and understandable. Very pleased with quick delivery and item bought which came fully built with only the handles to fix on! Looks good in situ. Will be buying nest of tables to match too.”

“The quality of the sideboard we purchased is not good. Doors and drawers are wonky, so much so that the paint is rubbing off where the door rubs on the frame when opening and closing. There is also damage to the unit we did not notice at first when delivered. This is second unit to be delivered as the first was damaged so had to be replaced.”

“Just had a chest of drawers delivered. It weighs 36kg and took two men to carry it to the door. And that's where they left it - outside. Apparently according to the two lawyers moonlighting as delivery drivers, the hallway is a 'room of choice' and that's extra. So they walked off and left me, alone, to somehow get a 36kg box inside without help. Disgusting.”

“I bought the bedside unit with baskets and I am delighted with the quality, look and finish of this piece of furniture. I didnt expect to have something looking this good for the price. This would give me confidence to buy other pieces from this company in the future. Having the option of free returns is such a bonus to help make your decision to buy.”

“Ordered small cabinet with drawers, TV unit and small coffee table, which arrived on time. All were well packed and unpacked easily . The coffee table needed assembling, which I wasn't expecting but was quite easy to do single handed with the allen key provided. The items are white painted wood, look good and are so much easier to slide around than the heavy dark oak furniture I had before. Good value for money too.”

“Terrible customer service. I ordered a wardrobe & paid extra for white glove installation. The wardrobe arrived with no fittings. I now don't want the wardrobe, having already waited 2 weeks, it is needed this weekend. I am told nothing can be done, it will be collected in 12 days even though I have explained it is a small flat with no storage space. I offered to find my own courier so it can be collected tomorrow and asked to be reimbursed, I was told this was not possible.”

“I have never used this company before and never ordered furniture online as I have always gone to a shop to see the item I wanted. I wasn't really expecting much I thought it may be damaged not good quality etc, however the 2 items I bought are absolutely beautiful such good quality and arrived on time on the day allocated. I am extremely pleased with my purchases and would have no hesitation of using this company again. Top Marks awarded to them.”

“I ordered a TV unit and nest of tables . The order arrived as planned , tv cabinet excellent value . Nest of tables were not what we ordered however this was resolved with a quick telephone call. Natasha’s customer service was excellent. Highly recommended furniture and excellent value for money . Would definitely use again”

“Very pleased with the tv unit I purchased finish and quality very good especially as I got it at a sale price the only down side was I was not informed of delivery and it just turned up out of the blue and as my wife had covid at the time they had to leave it in the garden where it stayed until I could get home”

“Very pleased with my purchase. Having been shamed by a friend’s wife that our spare bedroom needed a dressing table I looked for one that was good quality, stylish, not too big and wouldn’t break the bank. I changed the drawer knobs to tie into our other bedroom furniture. Hopefully she’ll be pleased next time they stay! Good product, good service and a decent price.”
