“Great service. I ordered a dining table at a great price, followed by an email pretty much straight away to say when it would arrive which was about 7 days later. Would definitely order further furniture from them.”

“Bought small bedside cabinet and quite disappointed at quality of make. The drawers don't open and shut properly and fall off the runner. You have to hold the back of the drawers steady to open the drawer, it then falls off the runner so you have to fiddle it about to close. The spray quality is average too as you can see some lacquer blemishes. Wouldn't buy again if this is the best they can do”

“I initially wanted my furniture to be from the Cotswolds company however they didn’t have the colour I wanted plus the delivery took too long so I ordered from Chiltern Oak as the furniture is very similar. I ordered a console table and a hutch in Chester Stone. Both came on the day expected however came hours earlier than the scheduled time which was slightly annoying as I had to rush home from work. Both were unpackaged and put up and very pleased with them both. The only niggle I have is that I can tell it’s not as good quality as Cotswold as some bits of wood are more flimsy when opening and closing doors and isn’t as smooth. Overall pleased with the purchases.”

“Ordered the Ashbourne wine sideboard at s great price in the sale. I am absolutely delighted with it. Excellent service from Chiltern and prompt delivery. The sideboard was well packaged, assembled and just needed the drawer/door knobs attached. The quality is excellent and looks great in my new kitchen. Thank you !”

“Excellent customer service from Chiltern Oak. Our order arrived within 48 hours,promptly delivered (DPD) with advance notice - Our bookcase was expertly packed, I have never seen such thorough and strong packing on any piece of furniture and the best of all FREE DELIVERY. Well done i will be using your company again. We love our new bookcase. 5 Stars all round.”

“Arrived broken. Clearly handled with no care either in storage or with the courier. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately I would not recommend this service. It’s a shame, the product would have been nice otherwise.”

“Hampshire Grey 3 Door Sideboard. This is the 5th item I have purchased from Chiltern Oak. Items always good quality, well packaged and delivered on schedule. Unfortunately sideboard arrived and found to be defective. Chiltern Oak Customer Service responded in a timely manner and were very quick to rectify the problem for me. Would highly recommend.”

“ordered bookcase, sideboard,quick delivery but loads of chips,dents ,sent 2 new ones out i asked them to check them before sending, never checked better than first lot but still marked,sent 12 pics regarding marked items. at 9 am. sent again at 1 pm phoned at just after 5 but shut have to say customer service deplorable just liars”

“The furniture I ordered (Sailsbury blue painted oak console table with wicker baskets and 3 door large sideboard) arrived damaged. My delivery arrived so badly scratched/damaged that I’ve had to return them. Order placed 18th may, arrived 2nd June and return collected 24th June as they are so slow to collect and expect you to store faulty furniture for 3 weeks! The units were scratched, exposed screws from being poorly made and chips exposing the mdf. These are listed as oak but it was confirmed by the sticker on them and the company it’s mdf with a oak trim! Really misleading as nowhere on the website says this. I shared my opinion on Facebook and they deleted it, personally as a buisness I would try to help the customer not try to silence them. Wasn’t allowed a refund until they collected so I’m awaiting that which given it takes so long is so disappointing not everyone has the space to store until they can sort out their problem. They confirmed on phone it’s outsourced and they don’t do quality checks! So disapointed a waste of days annual leave to wait in for them to collect it too.”
