“Beautiful furniture, arrived within two days of order. Packaged really well and really good quality. Very happy indeed. Drawers are a little stiff but I put this down to being newly built. Would recommend.”

“We are delighted with our new bedroom furniture, from the initial contact with the office, customer service was great, we were sent some samples of wood to help us to decide. Then we ordered online, all very straightforward. We were contacted very quickly with a delivery date, then a further contact regarding a tighter time slot for the delivery day. The guys who delivered our furniture arrived as planned, they were friendly and helpful, they took the furniture up to the bedroom for us. The quality is excellent, the styling and finish is great. We can't believe the speed from us ordering and receiving everything. It was all carefully and very well packed. We highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again without hesitation. Thank you Chiltern Oak.”

“Absolutely delighted with quality of bedroom furniture. Delivered in 4 days from ordering notified of delivery slot and drivers brought furniture upstairs for me. Most items were ready assembled but the ones which had a little assembly had excellent instructions and each of the parts needed were individually wrapped and labelled. The only negative was that the paint was slightly off white which was ok for me but if you are looking for painted white oak furniture it may a little too cream for you. onthe whole I am delighted with purchase and would recommend to others.”

“Brillaint furniture and faultless customer experience. I ordered a TV Stand, a coffee table nest and a dining table set from Chiltern Oak Furniture and cannot fault them at all. The customer experience from start to finish has been brillant. The chairs that I had initially ordered were out stock, I was contacted immediately with an apology and a few alternative options. I went for one of the options, but was told that if I was unhappy with the choice, to keep the packaging and they would happily refund or exchange the chairs for the one's that I had originally orderd, when they came back in stock. Chiltern Oak kept me upadted throughout the process and delivered all of the items at the time they said they would. The delivery team etup and the dining table and chairs and then took the packaging away, as I was very happy with the furniture. The TV Stand and coffee table nest are also just as perfect. The furniture is of high standard quality and very solid wood. I would highly recommend Chiltern Oak Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture.”

“I'm very pleased with my purchase, it fitted it's description and is very good value for money. My only gripe is that I was told it would be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. It was in fact delivered at 4 pm where luckily my husband was in to receive it, but had he not I wonder whether they would have returned it saying no-one was in.”

“Very friendly service when placing my order on the phone. Was delivered on the day I was given. Although it was about an hour over the time slot, when I rang to check, the girl was able to tell me straight away where the delivery van was and how long it would be. excellent service. The 2 sideboards were packed very well in two enormous boxes which were carried in to a room of our choice. The sideboards were not as light a grey as the picture shown which was a disappointment but seem very solid with lots of storage so we kept them anyway.”
