“The mirror is just what I hoped for. The oak surround is nicely waxed and looks sturdy. The delivery arrangements were made direct and very conveniently.”

“I ordered a coffee table, which arrived within 2 days. As I am a pensioner living on my own, I felt sure I would have to call on the services of a friend to put the table together. When I looked at the instructions, which incidentally were very clear, I thought I would endeavour to do it myself. Behold, I had it standing in the middle of my lounge within 20 minutes. I am thoroughly pleased with it, a good, sturdy construction and very attractive. Thank you.”

“Received my sideboard just 3 days after ordering. The sideboard is great quality and in perfect condition. The delivery drivers were amazing waited a few hours for me to return from work and then in packed my item and put it in place they also took away all the empty packaging. Outstanding customer service I would highly recommend”

“Ordered from Chiltern Furniture, did not realise they are actually a company under another name `Online Furniture UK Ltd. May have been why - 1. `White Glove` delivery servive promised was not communicated to TDS delivery men, who, knew nothing about it. Annoyed were they, particularly as they had a very demanding and extensive geographic list of that day's deliveries. This problem occurred not once but twice. 2. I rang Chiltern furniture on near 6 occasions leaving messages or asking for someone to ring back. Not once did anyone return a call. I did e-mail a query ref quality control and did get an extensive and detailed reply which was commendable. 3. Not once could anyone find my name on their computer system as it had been spelt incorrectly. 4. Henley furniture is actually `sourced` in Vietnam. Good bits - furniture looks good, and arrived virtually on time and as promised. Cannot comment on durability as its only been with us a couple of weeks. A cabinet was damaged whilst being set up and was replaced without query.”

Hello there. Thank you for your feedback. We make no secret of the fact that we are Online Furniture UK Ltd trading as Chiltern Oak Furniture. This information is referenced clearly at the base of our website as it's required by law. This is merely a trading name and does not effect how the business is run in any way, as a result it's not a reason why the white glove service was missed off your order. I must of course sincerely apologise for this and i'm pleased that the drivers were able to facilitate this anyway. We are working hard to resolve the issue of customers not being able to get through on the phones and intend to have queries answered much quicker in future. It is normal for furniture sold in the U.K to have originated in the far east as high-level furniture crafting skills are abundant in this region. I can assure you that the Henley Range you have purchased is exceptional in quality - one of the best we sell - and i'm confident you'll have no problems with it going forward. “Ordered and paid for wine rack to be delivered Friday 9th Dec. Waited in but no delivery or contact. Rang Monday onwards and left messages, never a reply. Finally got through to Joe who took the order ( Tuesday 13th ). " Looking into it" Wednesday 14th Dec, left another message. Shocking communication. HELP,”

Hello there. I understand that this is now sorted for you an that you will be receiving delivery of your furniture tomorrow. Please accept our apologies that delivery did not occur on Friday, the initial promise was made in good faith but unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control was unable to be facilitated. Regarding the length of time taken to resolve the issue, It is not always possible to find answers immediately as we may need to discuss any situation with the relevant people at our delivery companies before working towards a resolution, however I appreciate that this can be frustrating. “I took delivery of a Sherwood corner tv unit yesterday, it was delivered in the time frame given and the delivery man was very polite. The unit is very well made and looks great in the room, would highly recommend”

“Ordered a Mayfield 7 drawer chest. Telephone call to arrange delivery within 48 hours and delivered within a week. Given a time slot of between 7 and 9 and arrived at 8.10. Friendly and helpful drivers carried it upstairs and put it in place. Beautiful piece of furniture. Can't fault the service. Would definitely buy from you again and recommend your company. Thank you!”

“First they made me unhappy as they e mailed me with a delivery date then rang me the day after that date to advise that there had been a problem and that I would not get my delivery for another week. 8 days later and still no delivery so I had to ring and ask what had gone wrong. Joe said he would look into this and I received a text saying the delivery would arrive the next day. The following day I received conflicting e mails first advising of a delivery time and then advising of non delivery due to a problem...again !! Thankfully after another phone call, Joe managed to sort this out and I received my delivery of bedside cabinets the next day and I am very pleased with them.”

“We searched fir ages for 2 Slatted Back Dining Chairs to match our current set and settled on Chiltern Oak. The chairs arrived today and they are top quality. The 2 delivery drivers were very polite and efficient. We are doing up our spare bedroom after Christmas and it will definitely have Chiltern Oak furniture. Thank you.”
