“Beautiful piece of furniture....when it eventually arrived! I live in central Scotland and delivery lead time was really slow. ..could have been more communication from vendor but overall a happy customer”

“Description of the chest of drawers is spot on, very well made. Delivery men were very good. Shoes off, unpacked the chest and put it where we wanted it to go. Took all the packaging away with them. Very polite and on time. Only one criticism it took longer to be delivered than what I thought. Hasn't put me off ordering the next item we want.”

Hello there. I'm sorry to see that you are unhappy with your purchase. The items you have ordered include real oak veneer and are advertised as such on our website. The frame is solid oak, as advertised. If you decide that you are not happy with the items and wish to return them we are quite happy to arrange this if you let us know within 14 days of delivery.
