“Good communication and delivery on time..only thing wrong with unit is the screws that hold the knobs to the doors are too short.I had to buy some from my local Ranch shop apart from this a happy customer.”

“I purchased a wonderful TV Stand, well finished and offers excellent value for money. Delivery was very straightforward, Chiltern Oak made contact in good time to organise a delivery slot which catered to my needs. Delivery was on time, with the courier calling in advance to confirm timings. On the whole, an excellent experience with Chiltern Oak!”

“I recently made my second purchase from Chiltern Oak. Once again I received excellent service when I spoke to one of the Sales Team. “The furniture is lovely, good quality and arrived in good condition. As described on the website. One of the door handles is slightly wonkey but no one else has noticed as it's subtle so I'm going to keep it as it is. The only down side to buying from Chiltern Oak is the limited delivery options. I was told they only deliver to my area on a Tuesday so I had to wait an extra month to receive my furniture when I was on annual leave from work. Considering I had many other days during the week and at weekends free I didn't feel this was the best customer service for this day and age. When it did arrive it turned up in the timeslot we had arranged.”
